Grievance and Arbitration

We represent employers in all phases of the grievance and arbitration process under the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act. WFSG provides assistance in the development of policies and procedures, tailored to individual client needs, representation before a neutral arbitrator as well as the writing of post hearing briefs at the conclusion of an arbitration, we can assist our clients with all areas pertaining to disciplinary and contractual matters in union represented workplaces.
