Dennis Brennan, HR and Labor Generalist

Dennis Brennan joins WorkForce Solutions Group, LLP as an Associate. His areas of responsibility include coordinating with colleagues in the development and training of client employees and managers in such areas as; Title VII, sexual harassment, drug and alcohol policies and procedures and all matters related to best practices as well as those mandated by state and federal statute. Additionally, Dennis works closely with clients in order to ensure that their individual and industry specific needs are met when developing and implementing disciplinary procedures and protocols with the aim of providing our clients with affirmative defenses against allegations by employees as well as state unemployment compensation boards.

Dennis has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of labor relations, to include; contract interpretation, mediation, negotiations, grievance and arbitration and the implementation and enforcement of employee discipline in both unionized and nonunion work environments.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a concentration and study in transportation.

Mr. Brennan has served on numerous board of directors and board of governors.
